About us:
4 The Youth provides mental health counseling, foster/ proctor homes, Independent Living homes and youth mentoring services for youth who are in state care.
4 The Youth also offers outpatient mental health counseling services to adults, youth and families.
4 The Youth was founded in 1996 by Steven Astle with the goal to make a difference in individuals and their families lives. After working in a variety of institutional settings, Steve started to have a desire to strengthen his own community by working with the youth and their families where he lives. Since then his daughter, Stephanie has joined 4 The Youth to help in carrying the mission of helping youth become successful.
