4 The Youth

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

4 The Youth respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the 4 The Youth website collects and how that information is handled. It applies to the public website and its general inquiry forms. It does not describe the separate privacy practices that may apply after someone begins receiving services.

Information you provide

4 The Youth collects personal information that you voluntarily submit through the website’s foster-parent, outpatient-therapy, and general inquiry forms. These forms ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number, city, and state or province. You may also choose to provide questions or comments.

Please do not include highly sensitive medical, clinical, financial, or other sensitive personal information in these general website inquiry forms.

How submitted information is used

Information submitted through a website form is used to respond to your inquiry and direct it to the appropriate 4 The Youth contact. Depending on your request, that may include providing information about foster parenting, outpatient therapy, services, or referrals. Submitting a form does not commit you to fostering or services.

Website and technical information

The current site does not use advertising or behavioral tracking. The 4 The Youth theme does not set cookies for ordinary public browsing. WordPress may use cookies for administrative or signed-in features that are not part of the normal public visitor experience.

Third-party services

The foster-parent page includes a YouTube video using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. The home page also loads a video thumbnail from YouTube and links to YouTube. When YouTube content loads or you choose to play or open it, YouTube may receive technical information and apply its own privacy practices.

Information sharing

Submitted information may be accessed by authorized 4 The Youth staff responsible for responding to inquiries and by service providers necessary to operate the website and deliver messages.

4 The Youth does not sell personal information submitted through this website.

Data protection and retention

No website or email system can guarantee complete security. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate operational or legal needs.

Children’s privacy

4 The Youth serves young people and families, but the public website inquiry forms are intended for adults, parents, guardians, caregivers, and referral or professional contacts. They are not intended for children under 13 to submit personal information independently.

External links

The website includes links to other websites and services, including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. 4 The Youth is not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated when the website or 4 The Youth’s practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the policy was most recently revised.
